While we get to know our little one these next few weeks, I've asked some friends to guest post to keep the blog from going dead silent. I will check in from time to time in the few waking moments that pop up. ~ be well ~
Jessica writes the blog House of Habit documenting family life on the west coast. I'm in awe watching her three little boys and how they are already cultivating their own unique personalities and how Jessica manages to it with absolute grace. Her instagram stream goes even further into their world as it happens; a must follow: @houseinhabit And if keeping three boys organized, fed and inspired wasn't enough; the family also runs an etsy shop House Inhabit full of child size teepees and other timeless wooden furniture.
Recently, I made it to the Flea Market in Joshua Tree, an event I had been hearing about for ages from some local friends of ours who swear by it's cheap prices and unique "desert vibe" It was exactly that. A quaint market run by local desert folk well equipped with all my favorites: turquoise jewelry, vintage clothing, antique rugs and all the kitschy nick knacks I adore. An old school breakfast cafe on the premise and records playing as you browse made it far more charming to sit and stay awhile. No entrance charge was another big perk.
I love her photographs. Thanks for sharing, I'm adding her to my Bloglovin' roll!
